  Tony Poulos has been involved with software development and systems integration in travel and telecommunications for over 20 years. He was involved in the development of convergent billing system in the early nineties in Australia and from there he worked in a business development role with Unisys’ Telecommunications Practice in Europe. He was co-founder of Copernicus Global Billing Services, a London based, web-enabled, managed service provider for outsourced billing and payments collection. He established RA vendor, Connexn Technologies, Inc. in Asia in 2004 and then worked for a time with Lavastorm, another leading revenue assurance vendor. Tony’s company, Facilitasia Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, consulted on Business Support Solutions business in Asia and was acquired in 2006 by Canadian listed company OceanLake Commerce, Inc.

Tony has become an international authority on telecoms Business Support Systems (BSS) with strong knowledge in billing, revenue assurance, managed services, adjunct/ consolidated billing, payments, NFC and mobile content delivery. He is a renowned speaker and chairman of telecoms conferences around the world.

He is a regular contributor to industry publications worldwide, was a Contributing Analyst for IDC and was Editor, Asia Pacific for Telecom TV. Tony served as an executive of the Global Billing Association for five years prior to its merger with the TM Forum. He now heads up the Revenue Management Sector of the TM Forum and acts as Anchor for The Telecom Channel.

Mr. Dov Baharav
President and Chief Executive Officer
  Dov Baharav has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Amdocs Management Limited since July 2002. He joined Amdocs in 1991 and served as Vice President and then President of Amdocs Inc., the company’s principal U.S. subsidiary. In 1995, Dov became Chief Financial Officer of Amdocs Management Limited, a position he held until being named President and CEO. In his role as CFO, Dov oversaw the Amdocs initial public offering in 1998.

Prior to joining Amdocs, Dov served as Chief Operating Officer of Oprotech Ltd., a publicly held company that develops, manufactures and markets electro-optical devices.

He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Physics and Accounting, as well as an MBA from the University of Tel Aviv.

Mr. Thanh Tran
Chief Technology Officer
  Thanh Tran is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Amdocs and responsible for the Amdocs Product Strategy combining market technology trends and analysis with Amdocs existing product assets to create a technology strategy that will drive Amdocs business growth. He is also responsible for planning and roadmap of the Amdocs portfolio, overall portfolio architecture, the quality of R&D development process and budget governance, as well as actual coordination of main releases via the Amdocs Program Management team.

Prior to Amdocs, Thanh was Senior Vice President and General Manager at BEA Systems, holding P&L responsibility for the $100M/year Aqualogic product group, which provided Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions. Prior to BEA, he held GM responsibility for the Development Product group at Borland SW Corporation. Prior to that and throughout his career, he held senior technical roles that contributed to business growth and were focused on innovation. Thanh brings over 20 years of technical and management experience in world-class, Fortune 100 organizations, with two patents and multiple awards.

Ms. Dana Porter
Vice President and Head of Global Marketing
  Dana Porter leads Amdocs’ global team of marketing professionals. In this role she is responsible for developing Amdocs’ vision, delivering strategic insight to customers, and bringing to market Amdocs’ products, services and solutions.

Dana is an expert in market analysis and service provider strategies, and has led many customer and analyst sessions for senior executives around the globe. Dana is a frequent speaker at industry events, including TM Forum’s Management World events and the GSM Association’s Mobile World Congress, and is often quoted in trade and business publications, commenting on Amdocs’ offerings and industry dynamics.

Prior to joining Amdocs, Dana held management consulting positions with Deloitte and Tefen, focusing on customer-centric business and systems integration strategies. In 2009 Calcalist newspaper recognized her as one of “The 50 Most Promising Women in Israel”.

She holds an MBA from New York University and an Industrial Engineering degree from Ben Gurion University in Israel.

Ms. Sandra Ng

  Sandra Ng has been in the ICT advisory and consulting industry for over 18 years. While her technology research expertise is vast and diverse, she is best known in the industry for her Telecommunications knowledge and opinions within the Asia Pacific region. In her current role as the Head of the Practice Group at IDC Asia/Pacific, Sandra leads a team of IDC's senior analysts with collective expertise across the entire ICT industry. This team leverages the core research created by IDC's Asia/Pacific Domain Research Group, through contextualizing the content and increasing its relevance for clients and their businesses. This value creation process enhances the proposition IDC brings to strategy, planning and market intelligence stakeholders. This unique delivery of research content also brings with it IDC's thought leadership analysis and business executive insights for marketing, product management, sales and strategic leadership teams within the client's organization.

Sandra has established a keen following within the Asia Pacific media fraternity and is frequently quoted in leading regional business and trade publications such as the Asian Wall Street Journal, Computer World, Telecom Asia, and Wireless World, and also in locally-based media such as Singapore's Business Times and Hong Kong's South China Morning Post. She is often invited to present IDC's opinions on CNBC Asia, Bloomberg and Channel News Asia. Sandra is also a regular keynote speaker at global and regional ICT conferences.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, Sandra graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Mr. Yuen Kuan Moon

  Yuen Kuan Moon, 43, was appointed Executive Vice President of the Consumer Group in July 2009. He is responsible for leading and managing the Consumer Group to deliver to Singapore consumers a complete and integrated suite of services, including mobile, broadband and fixed-line solutions. He concurrently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of SingTel Mobile.

Prior to joining the Consumer Group as the Chief of Consumer in January 2009, Kuan Moon was the Vice President of Regional Operations where he worked very closely with the Joint Ventures companies and associates to drive the regional strategies and initiatives in areas such as sales, marketing and product development.

He was previously on a long-term assignment at Telkomsel, one of SingTel’s Joint Ventures in Indonesia, from 2003 to 2007. He joined as General Manager, Product Management, and became Director of Commerce in 2005, where he was responsible for all Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Service and Corporate Account Management activities of Telkomsel.

Kuan Moon has more than 16 years of experience in Telecommunications and he started his career with SingTel in 1993. He has performed a variety of functions mainly in the consumer space, such as Marketing, Business Development, Retail and Channel Sales, as well as Product Development. With his vast experience in this industry, he has developed an extensive knowledge of the telecommunications business marketing and sales that is needed to serve users in the global marketplace.

Kuan Moon graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Engineering from The University of Western Australia. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Management from Stanford University in California, USA (Sloan Program).

  Esme has been working at Vodafone for 11 years in many different functions spanning Customer Management, Sales, Marketing and Technology. Most recently, Esme has been responsible for CRM & billing developments for Vodafone Netherlands for 5 years. As Prepaid Marketing Manager, he was responsible for the new proposition strategy in Vodafone NL. When online was assigned as a major channel in customer interaction for CRM and Sales, he joined that team to help setting up the eOPCO strategy promoting the use of online as major differentiator in customer experience and cost reduction for Vodafone. Currently Esme is responsible for the development of our next generation BSS domain in the Netherlands looking at a complete overhaul of the IT domain to enable new lines of business and full online support.

  Ananda will focus on Amdocs growth with special focus on Manage Services and Outsourcing activities in the region. Enhancing our relationship with Telstra, building and promoting relationships with new customers and taking us to the next level of success in the APAC region.

Ananda joined Amdocs with a strong background in Communications and Network Solutions. With over 18 years experience within the IT industry, starting out with Hewlett-Packard in July 1984 and later joining the HP Applications Engineering Organization.

Previously Worldwide Vice President of the Solutions & Consulting Organization in HP's Communications, Entertainment and Media, Ananda was responsible for managing a solution portfolio estimated at $2B. Prior to this Ananda' achievements included HP Worldwide Solution Domain Manager for all of HP's OSS, BSS and Networking Solutions for the Network and Service Provider Business.

Prior to his expanded role HP outsourced Ananda to perform the role of Management Consultant to a major Australian Service Provider.

Since joining Amdocs in January 2009, Ananda has been responsible for driving Amdocs growth in Managed Services sales in the high ARPU countries of the region, primarily Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan and Korea, working closely with the APAC division.

Mr. Rob Strickland

  Rob has recently joined Atigeo as Director and President. Prior to joining Atigeo, Rob held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at T-Mobile USA, the U.S. wireless operation of Deutsche Telekom AG with over 150 million mobile customers. While at T-Mobile, Rob led the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) department and was responsible for aligning IT strategy with business initiatives to deliver innovative solutions supporting T-Mobile’s customer-driven philosophy. Rob was identified as one of the “Premier 100 IT Leaders” by Computerworld Magazine in 2008 and was also recognized by CIO Magazine for delivering outstanding innovation with T-Mobile’s Enterprise IT team in 2009. Prior to joining T-Mobile, Rob served as the SVP and CIO at EchoStar Communications Corporation, best known for its DISH Network technology.

Rob previously held the positions of President and Chief Operations Officer at Silas Technologies, Chief Technology Officer at Landmark Communications, Inc., CIO at Teradyne, CIO at Continental Cablevision/Media One, and CIO of Harvard Business School.

He transferred from StarHub Ltd in June, 2009 where he held the position of Vice President of International, Wholesale & Carrier Services responsible for the wholesale channel, international voice and data, and Global IP Transit & Peering.

Prior to rejoining StarHub in January of 2008, Malcolm was the Vice President of Operations and Olympic Operations for Bell Canada based in Vancouver, Canada. He previously held senior management roles at StarHub, 360 Networks in Hong Kong, and Shaw Communications in Toronto.

He holds a Bachelors of Applied Science degree from the University of Toronto and is currently a licensed Professional Engineer in Canada. He is married with four children.

Since June 2007 he is responsible as Head of Network Service Platforms for the NGIN Competence Centre within mobilkom austria group. Within this position Walter was a key-driver for the expansion of the platform & services throughout mobilkom austria group focussing on a harmonised service portfolio.

Besides his professional career he is lecturer on Project Management (as certified Senior Project Manager) at the University of Applied Sciences.
